Domestic and International Shipping?

At IndianCultura, we aim to provide an exceptional customer experience by offering free delivery across India and worldwide shipping for our international buyers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Products are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 7 days of order confirmation. For made-to-order products, please allow up to 4 weeks after order confirmation for production and delivery which is clearly indicated in made to order items. Change of Delivery Address

You may change the delivery address post-order placement if the product hasn't been shipped, provided the new address is within the same city/country.

Order Tracking

All products are shipped via our reliable logistics partners, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Delivery, Gati, etc. An auto-generated tracking ID will be sent to your mobile number and email after shipping. In the event of any delay, we proactively contact customers, offering updates on the shipment's status and location. If no communication is received within 7 days post-order confirmation (or the promised shipment date for custom orders), please contact us at our customer care number or via email at info@indiancultura.com for assistance.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

We only deliver to the address specified in the order. If delivery is needed to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each address.

Receiving Orders on Behalf of Someone Else

For someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf, they must present a valid ID proof.
