How to raise a complaint

1. Start with our support team at our support address. Most order, refund and cancellation queries are settled here.
2. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate to the Grievance Officer below, quoting your order ID and the earlier ticket reference.
3. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
